Hiking Tour Methana Volcano & Peristera Cave

We can hike in the mountain paths of Methana (next to Poros ), around the volcano crater area and in Peristera cave, and its small lake, where you can also swim.

Spyros is a graduate of the National University of Physical Education and Sports, specialized in Swimming.
He also holds a Master’s degree in the field of “Swimming and Thermo-regulation of the human body during open water swimming”.
His additional specializations include: AQUAEROBICS, BABYSWIM and SWIMMING for People with Disabilities.
He is also an Open Water Swimming Coach of STA (Swimming Teacher Association) of England, holds a Session Title of “Open Sea Kayak” of British Canoeing, as well as a Lifeguard diploma.

Katerina holds a Lifeguard diploma and is specialized in  BABYSWIM and CHILDREN SWIM (4-12 years old).
Holding the “British Canoeing Open Sea Kayak” title, she can guarantee a safe escort throughout your swimming experience with us.
Her athletic profile includes dozens of street races and participations in marathons (42.195m), as well as dozens of swimming races.
She is the main guide of all our activities and she has the knowledge to help anyone in need, during a lesson/session.
