Friday: Departure from Corinth and accommodation in the area. For the participants of the surrounding area they can participate with their own vehicles, as well as they can participate in one of the two excursions without overnight stay.

Saturday: The journey starts from a traditional village deep in the heart of the Parnonas massif, where the landscape overflows with fountains and lush green vegetation. Hiking on old paths and in a canyon we come across the Lepidas waterfalls, a natural monument well hidden in the lap of Mount Parnon. The main waterfall rises to a height of 70 meters, while the smaller one measures an impressive 45 meters. Travelers who dive into the gorge follow the trail alongside the frozen waters, eventually encountering both imposing waterfalls. The return follows a different route, offering a panoramic view of the gorge and the surrounding area. While the initial section to the first waterfall is not much of a challenge, the next section is more technical and requires the use of climbing equipment to navigate safely.

Duration: 6-7 hours Distance: 10 km (circular route)

Sunday: On the second day we will tour a magical landscape inside the canyon of the caves to the village of Sitaina. After admiring the waterfall of Luluga well hidden in an impressively narrow canyon we will return to our guesthouse by the old path that connects the two villages . Luluga waterfall stands as a majestic testament to Parnon's natural beauty. Cascading down from a height of 35 meters, it is hidden inside a narrow but impressive gorge nestled between two meticulously preserved mountain villages. As one approaches this location, a noticeable change in temperature and humidity envelopes the surroundings, setting the stage for a truly mesmerizing spectacle of nature's majesty.

Duration: 7 – 8 hours Distance: 12 km (circular route)

Both hikes are of medium difficulty and circular.
To the participants, we provide a walking stick, waterproof, light snack midway and personal insurance. Individually, everyone must have the appropriate sports clothing, sturdy sports shoes, a second pair of shoes that will get wet, a small bag and water and whatever else they individually need (shirt, towel, etc.).
