Reservation Cancellation Policy, activities and trips (policy is chosen by the business partner per activity / trip)

 

Cancellation by Customer

The online platform xtremegreece.gr acts as an intermediary between you (the end user) and the providers - Affiliates. Therefore, when booking an activity through the online platform xtremegreece.gr, you book directly with the Provider-Partner with the ultimate goal of always providing you with the largest selection of activities and the best booking experience!

The same is true for our network of Providers. To avoid last-minute cancellations, which can represent significant losses for our Affiliates, each of them chooses the cancellation policy that it deems appropriate for their business.

Therefore, unless otherwise specified in the activity descriptions, each activity is assigned one of the following three cancellation policies:

 

Flexible
 • Cancellation 5 days (or more) before business day: Full refund

Cancellation between 4-2 days before
 business day: 50% refund
Cancellation 48 hours prior to business day: No refunds

Moderate

Cancellation up to 12 days (or more) before business day: Full refund
Cancellation between 11-5 days before business day: 50% refund
Cancellation 4 days (or less) before business day: No refunds

Strict (usually involving activities of five days or more)

Cancellation up to 30 days (or more) before business day: Full refund
Cancellation between 29-12 days before business day: 50% refund
Cancellation 11 days (or less) before business day: No refunds
 

 Important: In some activities / trips, each provider may have its own cancellation policy, which will be listed in each activity / trip

                    If the Client does not show up to the Partner and the designated location at the date and time the activity is performed, the Partner will notify the Client of the non-appearance of the platform via email within 24 hours of the scheduled execution date and time. of activity. This is treated by the parties as if the customer had appeared and the activity had been executed.

 

If a customer requests a change in the scheduled dates of an activity, if this modification is possible (this will depend on the activity). This can be done by email at info@xtremegreece.gr. We will contact the Affiliate to see if such a modification is possible for you. If the modification request is accepted by the Partner, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you.

However, we note that on the one hand Partners are not obliged to accept changes in dates or schedules, on the other hand it may not be possible to make such a change for many reasons that cannot be foreseen now. These requests, if accepted, may be subject to any additional charges in accordance with the Special Partners' terms and conditions.

If the modification request is rejected, your request will be treated as a cancellation in accordance with the above policy.

Try contacting us or your Partner as soon as possible if you cannot attend the activity on the due date. Affiliates and xtremegreece will do their best to find the best solution to refresh or postpone your activity.

 

Reservation Cancellation Policy for accommodation (policy is chosen by the  partner )

 Each accommodation partner can have the cancellation policy which he chooses for each accommodation, which cancellation policy is displayed in a prominent place on each accommodation page on the website xtremegreece.gr, separately.

 

If a customer requests a change in the scheduled dates of accommodation if this modification is possible (this will depend on the activity). This can be done by email at info@xtremegreece.gr. We will contact the Affiliate to see if such a modification is possible for you. If the modification request is accepted by the Partner, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you.
