1. ORGANIZER
The Greek Canoe-Kayak Federation (EOK-K) organizes Open Canoe Kayak and SUP.
Participants can compete with each type of Canoe / Kayak Sprint & Slalom,
Ocean Kayak, Stand Up Paddle, sit-on-top, sit-in kayak, sea kayak
and all types of Kayak boats. The race is of medium distance about 6Km, and will
is held on Sunday 21 April 2019 at the Schinias Olympic Rowing Center.
2. PARTICIPATION
This particular sporting event is an Open Race.
They are eligible to participate:
(a) All Associations - Members of EOK-RC, and the Associations - Members of the Federations
European Union Canoe (E.C.A.), SUP, with their athletes who have a Certified Bulletin
Sports and health status for the year 2019.
b) those who have no sports card can participate provided they meet them
terms and conditions of this notice.
3. DECLARATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Participants with athletic status
The member organizations of EOK-RC must declare the participation of their athletes in the Fax of
Federation (2104112195) or the federal mail info@canoekayak.gr until Tuesday 16
April and 12:00 on the relevant form.
This date is the end of the necessary procedures from
side of the organizer. No other athlete's statement made by a member of EOK-K.K. after expiration
of this deadline will not be accepted.
Participation fee for athletes with a sports card issued by EOK - KK. is 15 €. With
this amount is provided by the organizer Lycra of the event with the number that belongs to it
each athlete, his meal, other organizational expenses.
The cost of participation must be paid in parallel with the entry form, with
the following ways:
a. By depositing in the bank account of the Hellenic Federation of Kanoe-Kayak in Ethniki
Bank GR6801100710000007148051944 until Tuesday 16/10/2018.
b. Meet the Organizing Committee on the day of the match.

Participants without sporting status
Those who do not have a Sports Card of EOK-K. can participate in the race
submitting the following:
Statement of participation. Entries can be made until Tuesday 16/04/2019 with
sending the relevant form by e-mail.
Medical certificate stating the health of the holder by a physician holding it
cardiological specialty and to confirm that the attendant has undergone medical treatment
examinations of par. 2 of article 3 of the appointing authority: 61BZ4653P4-2Ω3. (Relevant Pattern)
Responsible statement with a genuine signature as attached. Minors (below the age of 18) must
have a responsible, responsible declaration with the consent of the guardian in
signature.
Financial contribution of € 20. This amount is provided by Lycra's organizer
organizing with the number that belongs to each athlete, his lunch, other organizational expenses.

info@canoekayak.gr and the prototypes to be presented on the day of the match to the Organizer
Commission.
The cost of participation must be paid in parallel with the entry form, with
deposit into the bank account of the Hellenic Federation Kaneo-Kayak at the National Bank
GR6801100710000007148051944 until Tuesday 16/04/2019. Any bank charges are charged
exclusively the participants.

4. GAMES - CATEGORIES OF ATHLETES
The competitions that will be played by the participants are:
Upright Snail Cockpit (SUP)
- 14'0 '' men / women - 12'6 "men / women
- 14'0 '' Young Boys / Girls - 12'6 "Young Boys / Girls
- Boys / Girls beginners (One category with 12'6 '' and 140 '' and Only individuals
with athletic status.)
Athletes are included in category 12'6 'with vessels of less than or equal to 12'6' '
type Race - Touring.
Athletes are included in category 14'0 with vessels longer than 12'6 '' and
less than or equal to 14'0 '' type Race - Touring.
- Men / Women (Year of birth 2000 and older) (18 and over).
- Category of Young Boys / Girls (Year of birth 2001-2008) (11-17 years old)
- Kind of Beginner / Girls. (Year of birth 2009-2011) (8-10 years old).
An athlete who wishes may register a higher age than this

5. RULES
The rules of EOK-K will apply to each sport separately in terms of standard
procedures.
6. TECHNICAL CONVENTION
The Technical Meeting will take place on Sunday 21/04/2019 at 09:00 on the 1st floor
VIP building (above the stands).

8. AMENDMENTS
The Race Committee reserves the right to modify the race schedule but also the
modification of the line and the starting and ending of the race if
weather or the weather demand it.
9. ARBITRATION
It will be nominated by EOK -K.
10. HEALTH COVERAGE - SAFETY OF ATHLETES
A doctor will be covered for the first round of the match.
For the safety of athletes the races will be supervised by Lifeguards who will be on board
inflatable boats and they will approach without interfering with the athletes.
11. PROTESTS
Due to the character of the match, objections will not be accepted.
12. PRACTICES
Winners will be awarded medals and diplomas.
The athletes of the member associations of EOK-K. will be awarded separately.
The rest will be awarded according to their category as described in Article 4.
13. RESPONSIBILITY
Athletes participating in sports athletes fight under the responsibility of
their associations and will work in harmony with the organizer, the other vessels
security and other factors.
Other participants who do not have the sporting status are fighting at their own responsibility and
in accordance with the solemn declaration signed by them.
14. ROUTE
Entrance of athletes at the start of 2,000m (point 0).
The athlete's route will start at point 0 of the track and will pass in front of
the stands, left turn to the sidewalk, passing under the entrance bridge,
continue to the auxiliary track, left and then turn right, pass the bridge and
left turn, straight to the stands and finish in front of the finish tower.
Caution:
The form of this event closes for the celebration, presentation and demonstration
of the sports of EOK-RC, to the general public and not to the sporting aspect of its sports.
Emphasis is placed on security, on the right presentation to the audience present but also on
those who will be informed by their social media and mass media
which we want to reach.
In the first row are the fastest boats K4 Sprint, 10 meters from
the first row of boats is lined up with the K2 Sprint and the corresponding distance is lined up
Ocean Kayaks, followed by K1 Sprint, followed by Kayak Slalom, Kane Sprint / Slalom,
SUP 14'0 '', SUP 12'6 '', SUP All around, falling short of speed and finally following
tour kayaks or double sit-on-top, sit-in, sea kayak etc.
15. GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION - RULES
On the day of the race you should be presented to the Match Committee at least 1 hour in advance
start and confirm your participation. Caution: if you fail to do so
your finish will not count, because you will not be enrolled in the startup list.
All those involved will be invited to attend the Technical Meeting to
be informed of the details of the match. Participation of all athletes in the information
rowing is obligatory.
After the check-in to the committee, all participants have to go through the technique
committee for the control of their vessel.
Details, schedule for each match and results will be announced to
www.canoekayak.gr.
The rowers who will not be presented to the committee on the day of the match will not
participate in the gathering of rowers and will not have passed their boat by
technical committee, are automatically excluded from the race.
Competitors are required to wear lycra shirts throughout the races
in order to stand out, for safety reasons, but also to be recognized by the judges.
In the event of a loss, they will have to ask for a new t-shirt costing € 10.
Leash use is mandatory for all SUP classes
Competitors must have completed the journey within 2 hours at the latest. After the
this time the boats will be removed from the water with the help of rescue and not
will end.
In order for the competitions to be carried out without problems, the Organizer is responsible
Commission Mr Merkouris Petros as well as / and the Match Committee will decide, if necessary,
the prohibition of participation of an athlete that may cause problems.
In the event of a deliberate crash by an athlete, or a blow with the paddle for purpose
blocking or dropping another participant during the test, he will
he is punished by absconding and will not be allowed to participate in further trials. In
in each case the member of the committee supervising these points shall inform him
responsible, who makes an oral remark, and in case of repetition
eliminates.
16. ADVERTISING
The organizer may ask participants to advertise their sponsors
racing on them and on their equipment.
Participants accept their photographing and video recording both inside and outside the match
and viewing the material in the media, on the internet and in any action of the Federation.
17. AMENDMENTS
This notice may be amended if required.
Unexpected situations and weather phenomena may cause the organizers to
abolish or change the dates of the races.

www.canoekayak.gr and respectively from the Facebook of the Hellenic Federation of Kanoe-Kayak.
