A "hearty" and very enjoyable hiking, one of the best in Parnitha !!!
Our cave is the most famous cave of Mount Parnitha, at an altitude of 620m, in the wild ravine - the gorge of Goura, and on the eastern slope near the Meshontissa site! The cave known as Panos cave or Andros Panos, was said in antiquity and Nymphaio, because they were worshiped together with Pan and the Nymphs !!!
During the archaeological research that Professor Skia made in 1900, he found in his interior, apart from fragments of prehistoric vases, too many lamps (more than 1000) and clay idols. The cave is also known as "Lynchspilia" and consists of two chambers, the first of which has a length of 65m and a width of 15m and a second length of about 20m and a width of 9m. The height of the cave varies from 4 to 10m.

- Water (at least 1.5 l / person for hiking) + High calorie snacks (eg cereal bar / chocolate bar)
