We will start our hike at an altitude of 540 meters at a distance of 15 kilometers from Edessa and cross a verdant forest road for about 2 kilometers. We will embark on an unfamiliar path in search of spectacular glades and admire the rocky Zdravits!
We will continue along the path up to 885 m, where we will reach a water source and stop.
There, there will be a surprise in the heart of the forest! Tea from our favorite local community of Flamouria, which will warm us up and fill us with strength!
Hiking for a while further along the forest road, we will come across an impressive dam! While a few meters below we will find ourselves in front of a beautiful river adorned with green stones and small waterfalls, which make the atmosphere truly fairy tale!
Continuing through the forest under huge trees for another 3 km, we will reach the end of our journey at 1120 m, where the coach will be waiting for us to depart.
The route we take is relatively walkable and is aimed at people with moderate physical health.

• Total hiking time: 3 - 3.30 hours
• Degree of difficulty in walking: 2 (scale 1 - 5, moderate fitness)

Next, we will take the bus to Edessa, where we will visit its impressive waterfalls! Then we will have free time for coffee and food.
General information
In detail our departures:
• 07.30 from the intersection of Con. Karamanlis (formerly New Egnatia) and Voulgari (in front of Everest).
• 07.45 from the Thessaloniki Archaeological Museum on Manolis Andronikos (extension of Basil Olga and Basil Georgiou to the center, shortly after the Town Hall).
• 07.55 from the traffic light at the height of One Salonica (diagonally across from Media Markt).
Please be 10 minutes earlier at the meeting points so that there are no delays in our departures. The coach departs at the scheduled time.
Return to Thessaloniki around 19.30.
