Hiking Enipeas Canyon(Olympus)

Time to leave our bus and start our short visit to the monastery. Then we enter this huge gorge and go down to the square of Litochoro. With the help of wooden bridges we cross several times the water that is unstoppable even in summer. Generally our route is downhill but in some parts of it it goes uphill so much that it reminds us that in the mountains nothing is easy. Our picnic somewhere in the middle of the route will give us the strength to reach our destination. Rest in the village square and return to Volos.

Our meeting point will take place in the square of Litochoro at the foot of the mountain and from there we ascend to the location Prionia (monastery of Agios Dionysios) at an altitude of 1100 m.
