Our hike begins (Hiking Vermio Mount) in the beautiful town of Metamorfosis, previously named Drazilovo, which is located at an altitude of 1.000m and is only a few kilometers away from the ski center 3-5 Pigadia and is not too far from the town of Naousa.
The 6km trail passes through a beech forest, we will navigate through many paths and wooden bridges, furthermore hiking to the tunnel of (Galaria) from which the steam train Decauville used to travel through and finally we will visit the old kitchen of the rebels, it is a hike that passes alongside rich history and magnificent nature!
The path never ceases to surprise its every visitor with the images, the colours, the life and the water which are the main characteristics of the path itself. The trail is accesible almost throughout all months of the year (except the winter months), offering the visitor of each season different images. Throughout the duration of the hike, the mountain guide of the group will offer interesting facts and information that revolve around the fauna and flora of the area.

Hiking in Vermio Mount, in accordance with Irodotus, on the mountain were the famous (Gardens of Midas), mount Vermio occupies part of the prefecture of Imathia, Kozani and Pella and is a protected natural reserve of Nature 2000 with the code GR1210001. In the southern section of the mountain, it borders Mount Pieria that has the river Aliakmona and its straits form the natural border of the two mountain ranges, the northern section of Vermio borders the mountain Voras (Kaimaktsalan) and the tallest summit of Mount Vermio is Hamitis (2067m). It is a smooth mountain range with continuous peaks and is considered one of the most water-bearing mountains in Greece, with rich flora and fauna.
