In mountainous Arcadia, well hidden in the dense vegetation of Mainalo and at an altitude of 1150m., Is the beautiful Valtesiniko. Built amphitheatrically on the slopes of the mountain, so that the view from the highest points is breathtaking, as the eye meets in a straight line the opposite ridges above the vast spruce forest.

Overgrown with fir and walnut trees, full of red tiled roofs, imposing churches, running water and crystal clear air, it captivates the new visitor instantly and makes him think that he wants to return to this place.

Meeting in Valtesiniko, Arcadia, in the village square 09.30 - 09.50.
The transportation is done by private means and with the participants sharing the vehicles and expenses (fuel, tolls) for those who wish.
10.00: Start of hiking from the village square to the source "Tis Grias to Lithari" from where we will admire the view of the ravine. We continue our course in the green fir forest of the Lagadia mountains where we will end up in the church of Agia Triada where we will make our first stop.
From there we descend to meet again the green path of the Menalon Trail that comes from Magouliana and which we will meet in the church of Agios Pantos.
From this point we hike in a beautiful route, in a dense fir forest, next to streams. The hike ends on a dirt road that leads us back to the picturesque stone village of Arcadia "Valtesiniko" from where we started.
