Sea Kayak, Camp in Poros 2 Days

Day 1

• Meeting at 12:00 noon on Plaka beach, 2 km east of Galatas Port. Prepare, briefing and departure for a relaxed and full of unique Kayaking Tour pictures on the south coast of Poros.
• Before departure, your driver will inform you of the details of the route, rowing techniques and safety measures. Soon we will explore the coast and your guides will reveal some of the secrets of the area.
• Around 16:00 we will make the first stop to relax, dive in the sea and a light meal to get strength before starting for the beach of the Russian Naval Station where we will camp.
• In the evening on the beach of the Russian port we will enjoy home cooked food, salad and wine on the beach, as well as the facilities of the canteen such as iced drinks, ice drinks, showers and toilets. The party starts after the meal and lasts as long as we want

Day 2

• We wake up at 08:00 and gather our camp. We enjoy our breakfast and get ready to leave. We paddle with our sea kayaks west to the narrow passage between Poros and Methana.
• We explore the neighboring coastlines with the hidden coves and reaching the famous lighthouse we will see the volcanic hill of Methana and the friendly waters of the Saronic Gulf.
• Around 12:00 we cross the strait and pass to neighboring Methana we will find secluded beaches with crystal clear waters for swimming and exploring the seabed with a mask and a snorkel. After enjoying the beautiful place and a refreshing meal with fruit we start the way back where a unique view awaits us as we approach the port of Galata and the picturesque Poros.
• Program ends around 16:00 with return to the starting point and to our vehicles.

OVERNIGHT
Our overnight stay on Saturday night will be with a camp in a pine area, on the beach of the Russian Naval Station. There is a possibility on our part to provide camping equipment to those who do not have it.

LIGHT - PHONE - WATER
On the beach there is no access to drinking water, electrical outlet, telephone device beyond our mobile phone. It is recommended that all participants have at least 3 liters of water with them and their mobile phones fully charged and a headlight

WC & HYGIENE FACILITIES
At the campsite and a few meters away there is a canteen with WC and shower which we can use. The alternative to a toilet is a small hole in the ground, away from the campground. We will provide you with a paper bag and a shovel to dig and then cover the pit. Wet, antibacterial wipes are also very useful in camping and travel in general as they are the easiest and fastest solution for freshness and cleanliness. Do not hesitate to have with you necessary personal items and personal hygiene items such as: Wet wipes Toothbrush, toothpaste, medicines, contact lens fluid, etc.

FOOD
We provide: 1 light meal with toast and fruit during the activity of the first day. 1 full dinner with cooked food with salad and wine (Saturday night). 1 hearty breakfast including Greek coffee or tea (Sunday morning) and 1snack with local produce and fruit (Sunday lunch).

Caution
Kayaks allow us to travel to the sea carrying our personal belongings but space is limited. This means that we will have with us the absolutely necessary. Avoid bulky items, heavy jackets, lots of clothes and large bags or oversized backpacks and suitcases.

▶ The organizer has the right to make changes to the planned activities, depending on weather conditions or other factors
▶The hours of activities / excursions mentioned in the program depend on the weather conditions, the homogeneity of the group and other factors.

Refund of the entire amount for cancellation of participation can be made up to 20 days from the day of the start of the tour.
Refund of 50% of the amount for the cancellation of the participation can be made up to 14 days before the day of the start of the tour.
Otherwise no refund can be made due to its planned expenses excursion.
