Α chalet built with great care, at the hillside of the fourth highest Greek mountain, Grammos. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1400 m in Grammos (or Grammousta) village, 60 km away from Kastoria city. Chalet is composed of two floors of total acreage of 160 s.m., with exclusive construction materials stone and wood.
The ground floor of the accommodation is composed of a spacious kitchen, equipped with all the essential appliances, a large dining table of full capacity 10 people, two autonomous and quaint picturesque living rooms, each one with its own fireplace as well as a bathroom with shower. From the ground floor visitors can enjoy the magical view of the mountains through the chalet’s distinctive glass partition, as well as relax on the spacious balcony which contains an autonomous barbeque space.

An area of significant historical and ecological value, rich in geographical relief, amid a unique landscape surrounded by 13 summits and vast meadows rich in fauna and flora. Aliakmonas river's sources are in these summits. The geographical relief allows everyone to visit the highest and biggest alpine lake of Greece, the dragon lake Gistova at an altitude of 2350 m, as well as the fourth highest Greek summit, Tsouka Petsik at 2520 m. One more known summit is Perifano, at 2444 m.
However, besides hiking visitors have the potential to live a unique experience, a safari through the forest heading for the area of Arrenes. The Arrenes comprise an area of physical beauty, a cluster of two alpine lakes (Moutsalia) at an altitude of 1729 m. The wider area offers a variety of others sightseeings, the guerrilla’s hospital, the monastery of Saint Zacharias, the National Reconciliation’s Park, etc.
