Ski Camp Beginners Ski Center Vasilitsa
(contact for availability)
Ski Camps are made based on European data and aim at the correct and methodical learning of skiing at all levels. For this year, three camps are organized, beginners, advanced and free ride. In all three seminars, the goal is in addition to the practical training and an information about the materials, the correct technique, the operation of the ski resorts, the dangers of the mountain, etc.
Methodology: The lessons are done in group max. 8 people. It lasts a total of 4 hours with an hour break each day. Here we apply the method used by teachers in the Austrian ‘Alps. The student is given time to have all-day contact with the ski and through multifaceted exercises to understand the ski technique.
Theory: In a room of the central chalet of the ski resort, theoretical lessons are held on the history of skiing in the world and in our country, in the selection of materials, the rules of skiing and ski resorts, theory on the technique of skiing etc. Each category has a different theory, e.g. for the beginners camp, "how I choose my materials" etc.
Video analysis: A very good method of improving technique, used by sports teams, ski schools. Seeing our mistakes we learn and improve!
Fun: Skiing without fun is not possible! Beautiful evenings in the chalet or in the surrounding ski villages σαμε We created 3 different camps, to give the opportunity to all those who want to participate to continue to improve their techniques.
We divide the Ski Camps into three categories, beginners (we start from scratch), advanced (we descend comfortably blue track) and technique improvement (we descend comfortably red track).
