Weekend Grammos-Smolika

Saturday: Departure at 07:00 for Grammos and the dragon lake Gistova at 2350m. Duration of hiking 1:30 hours to the lake and from there we will hike on the border line to the peak of Chuka Petsik 2524m. From there we will return for a picnic at the Arena Lakes and return from Aetomilitsa.
Hiking duration: 5 and a half hours


Sunday: we will visit the lord of Pindos. Our destination is Drakolimni and the top of Smolikas. Departure at 07:30. Hiking to the lake 1:30 hour from the vehicles and an additional 1:30 hour to the summit. Total duration of activity 8 hours.
Hiking duration: 5 and a half hours.

To the participants, we provide a walking stick, waterproof, light snack midway and personal insurance. Individually, everyone must have the appropriate sports clothing, sturdy sports shoes, a small bag and water and whatever else they individually need (shirt, towel, etc.).


In case the weather conditions do not allow an excursion there is always an alternative program.

Optionally:
Departure from Athens, Corinth, Patras, Arta, Ioannina by arrangement, Friday afternoon.
For transportation with our own 8-seater minivan, an extra charge of €30 per person.
